The hotel was hip new, spent my time lovely here. Having air conditioner, a multi-channel television, and a writing table in my spacious room was really great. I really enjoyed the stay and would have extended the stay.
The staff was uncooperative.

The location was great and unbeatable for me, next to hospitals. The room was reasonably large and well furnished, had essentials, like shower facilities and bath sheets. The staff was really courteous, so I would go back in flash.

Comforts of double room were fabulous - air conditioning, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location was exceptionally nice - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

I had a fairly nice stay at this pretty standard hotel. The rooms were wonderful and neat, the staff was excellent co-operating! The location was nice and unbeatable for exploring Dam Dam. Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to say goodbye, I would not hesitate to return here.

No reason to complain, the venue met the demands, would recommend it. The double room was well maintained and impressive. The location was MARVELLOUS and particularly good, close to airport, Kolkata and hospitals.

Honestly no complaint. Interesting place for 1 night in Dam Dam, nice and exceptionally friendly hotel. Lots of savoury food for meals. Reasonably spacious room, a shower and bath sheets in the room. Cool and unbeatable location in Dam Dam, just off hospitals, the airport and main road and Kolkata. Also, in the middle of the city.
